About the ISB
The Imperial Security Bureau (ISB / ImpSec) is a moderate/casual Sith Empire guild focused on PVE end-game content. We intend to start with 8-person Operations and grow into 16-person Operations by carefully recruiting competent and reliable players.
We are primarily located in the Mountain Time Zone. (UTC-7)
Structure
We do not intend to be a large guild. We emphasize player quality over quantity. Our goals and structure are best suited to a guild size of 10-30 players.We have an informal leadership and rank structure, appropriate for our size. Officers are selected to serve specific roles, and members’ voices carry weight.
Conduct
We expect our members to conduct themselves with integrity, civility, and humility, Reliability and respect are critical, as we intend for our guild to have a positive server reputation.As such, we have a very low tolerance for greed, deceit and malice - such as ninja looting, cheating and griefing. Honorable PVP kills are encouraged.
Recruitment
Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours.Upon acceptance, there is a probationary period of 3 weeks. (When added to the guild roster in-game)
Operations
We run operations that are organized and orderly, efficient and effective.However, we place an emphasis on balance: raiding should not feel like a job.
Crafting
We support crafters on an investment basis - an expectation the guild and its members will receive benefit in return.We strive for fairness and equity, and commitment is rewarded.
Communications
Voice chat is required for Operations.The website and forums are the primary method of offline coordination.
Our voice and forum chat have some occasional strong language. PG-13.
